Dr. Buzz Mingin is “The Stress Doctor” helping high performers move through stress in order to achieve their full potential. The Dr. Buzz Method teaches others how to build wellness, immunity, and resilience to prevent and overcome adversity, sickness, and stress. He is a specialist in trauma treatment and is a Certified Havening Practitioner, using neuroscience as a means of detaching distressing memories and stress reactions among people who suffer psychological and emotional trauma. All of his work stems from his experience and background as a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Board Certified Health Coach, Integrative Health Practitioner, Certified International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine, and Certified Brain Health Professional vetted by the Amen Clinics of Daniel Amen MD.
Dr. Buzz is a nationally recognized public speaker and has performed over 3,000 presentations and workshops discussing topics involving: Gut and Brain Health; Stress Prevention and Recovery; Mental Health Treatment and Support; Trauma Prevention and Trauma Recovery; Sleep, Diet and Exercise Interventions; Healthy Team Management; Effective Communication; Life and Work Styles of High Performers.
